Residential or commercial properties in central locations, including office, retail and hotel
Assets must be in growing cities and economic stable regions
Target deal size: 10 to 200 million Euros, with ability to close larger deals given the right opportunity
Under-managed properties or assets in need of recapitalisation, renovation, restructuring or repositioning
Re-development projects involving acceptable leasing risk (short WALT) in strong markets
Geographical focus: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and northern Italy
