JARGONNANT PARTNERS co-invests substantial capital of its management in each transaction.

We use our local market knowledge and senior level relationships to source property acquisitions and execute value-enhancing strategies. Each property we acquire is actively managed by us and a detailed strategy is put in place at the time of purchase. Whether the idea is to undertake a major renovation, reposition the asset in the market, renegotiate below-market leases or simply reduce vacancy through better management, our approach is very hands-on. In most investments we use local partners to provide access and ongoing management where necessary.
